The tree has moderate potential, high germination rate, medium branching strength, thick new shoots, well-developed medium and short branches, and mainly short fruit branches. There is no obvious phenomenon of large and small years, easy to form flower buds, pollen more, strong vitality, high fruit set rate. A large number of fruits were produced in the second year after high contact, with a plant yield of up to 16kg, 60kg in the third year, and a mu yield of 2667kg, with strong continuous fruiting ability. Nanshui pear has strong adaptability, is resistant to drying early, resistant to pimple thinness, frost resistance, cold resistance, strong resistance to black star disease, and slightly weaker resistance to black spot.
