The activity was conducted at an indoor training base and all staff participated in it. Before the event, we started with a self-introduction session to let everyone know more about each other's background and areas of expertise, so as to promote communication and cooperation among the team.
Next, we carried out a series of teamwork projects. One of these was the 'River Crossing Game', which simulated the challenges and difficulties that teams face in their work. Each team stood on a rope and had to cross a virtual 'river' together. This required close co-operation and cooperation between team members. Through this game, we realized the importance of teamwork, mutual support and trust.
In another project, we played a team puzzle. Each team was given a jumble of jigsaw pieces and needed to work together to put them together correctly. This project emphasized the communication and co-ordination skills of the team members. Not only did everyone have to name the shapes and colors on the puzzle, but they also had to learn to listen and understand others in order to complete the task quickly.
At the end of the group building activities, we had a reflection and summary session. Everyone shared their experiences and lessons learnt from the activity. We all recognized that teamwork is key to the success of the company and through this activity we not only gained a better understanding of each other, but also clarified the importance of teamwork.
The staff who participated in this group activity all said that they had gained a lot and that they all understood more about the importance of teamwork and how to work better with the team. We believe that this activity will have a positive impact on the development of the company and the personal growth of our staff. We look forward to further deepening teamwork in the future and contributing more to the success of the company.
